About

2016 was a turning point for everyone, and young people are about to step into an adulthood of polarised and divisive opinions.
So 9 of us came together to create [the retrospect], an online collection of our writings which express our views through our perspective because we are the 16 and 17 year olds who are going to experience a world which has changed drastically over the past few months for the next few decades.
We don’t expect to gain a mass following, we have no intentions of revolutionising politics, we aren’t pretending to be the first or last with these worries and frustrations.
But we do hope to share our thoughts, make our opinions heard, and encourage others to do the same. We are going to write about what the latest events, trends and arts of today mean to us.
We are here too.
